Summary of Receipt
10/9/17: Barista mentions that the Manager has been pretty much impossible to get in contact with, and mentions strange lights almost like flares. They appear every dusk. New Guy hasn’t shown up yet either, so he decides to get close to one of the lights. Also he managed to record Pedro’s voice. It’s some chirping noise, and also he’s apparently from the Morningstar.

So, I tried to call the Manager to help with the whole New Guy situation, but the Manager is impossible to get a hold of. I guess he's preoccupied with something to do with Aka? Anyway, here's what's been happening over here.
There have been A LOT of strange lights lately. They're usually around dusk, and they're very bright, almost like flares. If you're unlucky and looking in the flare's direction, it burns your retina for a good few minutes. I've taken the liberty to check in with park rangers; they think it's been lighting. I'll let them drink that coffee.
And I did get a recording of the Pedro's call I was talking about, and I'll attach it in the CaDCom files. It's a strange, almost cat-like chirp. I would not really expect Morningstar creatures to sound like that, but I don't know what I was expecting either.
That's really it for now. New Guy hasn't said anything since and has yet to show up. But that's a different case right now. I wonder if I scared him away? Or maybe he really did get lost, although it's been 7 days since his text… so… I don't know. The Manager said he can take care of himself.
In the meantime, I'm gonna try and get closer to the lights. As long as I don't touch them, I should be safe. Right?
