The ARG's creator has said this and the previous picture (The Null Form) are concept art for a project a friend of theirs is running, in which A23 will also play a part. It seems to be a new game called 'Dive City, KD' from Garage Sofa Games, the same company that made Deck Quest, which was used to solve the original muffins puzzle (yummier Muffins). This is according to an OOC tweet which has been deleted. However, no information about 'Dive City, KD' seems to be available on the Internet.
