Summary of Receipt

Firstly, apparently the Deep Corp 23 aren’t around anymore - makes sense since we did get a receipt from Manager 0 back in Cafe Crisis but good to know. Anyway, Manager 3 and Manager 7 (J.L. and Julia respectively) as well as Employee 71 (Victoria, aka T.C. 224) are still heading over to investigate Mrs. Kay and learn some more info about the Otherworld. Also, neither Astoria nor the police have reached Kay yet, strangely.

Happy new year, everyone! And a happy new CaD as well, I suppose. Things are... different. I don't know if it’s for the better or worse yet. On the one hand, it's great to have everyone together. There's no more Broadway CaD, Florida CaD, or Deep Corp 23, just one big happy CaD. But, on the other hand, Muldra. I won't say much more past that as it would be "rude," and he did... well, what did he do anyway? He "saved" the Cafe, but... Nah, not worth thinking about right now.

Right now, we need to focus on that big cat up in Oregon. As you might've seen in the report from 12/31 me and Manager No. 7 were headed up to see Mrs. Kay for ourselves, and, yes, that is indeed one big, mean cat. Huge. I'd say it's roughly the size of a small ATV, but I'm also not great with size estimations so take that with a grain of coffee grounds. Speaking of insignificant little worthless grains, no obvious signs of Salt' n Pepper yet. You'd think A23 would be all over this kind of thing. Maybe they just don't know about it yet. Perhaps they can only see Ottawa customers and Quebec's not on their radar yet. I guess that'd make sense, but you'd think with 23 field divisions and 3 paper-pusher divisions, they'd be more... on top of things. There’s only like 20 of us.

Well, in any case, Mrs. Kay is a pretty unique customer with rather special dietary concerns. She's very picky about what she will and won't eat. If she doesn't like it, she'll tear it to shreds like the fat cat she is. But, according to our customer survey, there's one special she can't refuse, although we need to either find it or make it ourselves. I've got some ideas on that end, but I don't want to speculate too much here.

Me, Employee No. 71, and Manager No. 7 will try and get a closer look at her and hopefully end up in a big cat fight. I’d hate to see what her nails can do to someone. We'll be keeping our distance, but I'd really like to see if her nails are acrylic or shellac if you know what I mean. I'll let you know if we can find out!
