Dang, her tab sure was an arm and leg! Even though I can take the verbal abuse it still kinda stung. Exciting, though, that I can just get stitched back up! Probably be fine in the morning! Once me, 17, and 1313 were able to handle this tab it was no biggie. Not going to lie though, on our own it got a bit hairy. Excited to say, seems like this case is closed! She is taking a nap in the manor right now and when 26 gets a chance he’ll send her out to get some Green Tea.

Though from what I understand, there’s no rush in getting her back, at least not while she’s resting in the manor’s Teal Room. Something about that room really calms down our customers from what 17 was telling me. The last time I was in the Teal Room, I almost fell asleep! Or maybe I did? Don’t know for sure. Ever since we came to the Big Easy, I’ve been having a hard time sleeping. I don’t know if it’s related to my, uh, condition or not. But lately, I’ve just felt like I close my eyes and then open them, and hours have passed. I know, I know, that’s how sleeping usually works. But something just feels... different. Like I’m blinking, and hours are just melting away.

That isn’t to say I’m not dreaming, too, though. I definitely think I’ve been dreaming. I just can’t fully remember it because it feels like it all happens so fast. But I feel like I’ve been dreaming of... some kind of house. It’s on the coast or near some sort of body of water. I never get to actually go into the house, though, or if I do, I can’t remember it. I just feel like I’m always walking up to the front door, then I open my eyes, and it’s morning. Maybe it’s just something I need to get used to? Hm. Once Mrs. Brown is done using the Teal Room, maybe I should give it a try? I mean, I was once a “customer” too. So I’m sure it’ll help me get some rest. It should work on me the same. More or less. And maybe I’ll have a dream that I can actually remember completely for once.
