One spectacular advantage of having Muldra Yonomo as our new majority shareholder is access to "Public Keys." What are they? Well, they are specialized sigils crafted with the sole purpose of opening portals to and from the Otherside. The keys Yonomo has granted us are location-dependent, meaning you still need to be in the right spot to use them, and they will take you to different places depending on where you are in relation to the Otherside. For example, utilizing Morningstar's Public Key would open a portal in one spot at our current location. Using the same key at the remains of our previous location would yield a slightly different location on the Otherside.
For that reason, I must caution against using these Keys willy-nilly. Only use them near known Airports or have Manager 1, Employee 26, or myself assist you. Managers, do what thou wilt; I'm sure 5 knows how to use these already. To put it in Cafe-Speak, think of these keys as private jets, yes? The main advantage is we now have round-the-clock Otherside access to all 7 Planes, more or less. But what fun is a private jet without rules?
Rule No. 1 - Only use these keys with Managerial Approval.
Rule No. 2 - Only use these keys at or near existing and documented airports.
Rule No. 3 - Hauntaurskald and Ouroboros are off-limits and should only be used as a one-ways for customers.
Rule No. 4 - Only use one key at a time.
Rule No. 5 - Go back through the portal you opened.
Rule No. 6 - Never use the keys in the Otherside.
Rule No. 7 - If you aren't sure, don't use them.
That's about it. While public keys are fun and exciting, remember there is great danger in the Otherside. These should primarily be used to transport customers back home. If you would like to learn how to use them, see me in my office in the North Transept. At the very least, you should learn how to draw these sigils in case of an emergency.
