ICE04 (Oct 6, 2017)
Summary of Receipt
62 investigates the Ice Machine some more. It spit out another morse message, but flashing white, and also really slowly. It said ‘We don't let him play’. There’s apparently a nursery rhyme with those lyrics, and 8 suspects the machine’s tracking Friday/Weekend (see Unearthly Horrors). The next time he appears is friday the thirteenth, in seven days.

CAFE AND DINER RECEIPT FROM 10/06/17
MANAGER 62
RECEIPT: ICEMACHINE004
STATUS: BLINKING
Hey guys it's 62 again.
So what's going on with the Ice Machine? Well, to be expected today it started flashing at midnight and in Morse code, it said: "We don't let him play." Although it has been mostly white today and it's been blinking really slowly. Like, a quarter of the speed it used to blink. So... that's not... great. Also, we still don't know what the white light means. So I think we need to ask Mr. Hyer, but I don't even know how we'd reach him. I'll have Dan look into that. What we have found using the phrases the machine has spit out so far:
“It’s Friday, It’s Friday,
We all go out to play,
He’s Friday, He’s Friday,
We don’t let him play.”
17 did some research and she stumbled across this old nursery rhyme.
We showed it to the Owner and she had a suspicion that the Ice Machine has been tracking the OS Signature:
-0.023L -0.003M +53.299S, 0B, -0.0004BB, -2.34L, 1.53A 0E 0EE 0EEE
And yeah, that seems to be who we’re tracking. A boogieman named Friday. Apparently, the Owner has had two prior run-ins with him before although they were indirect. It certainly raises the question of why did Mr. Hyer give us this tracker? Are we in danger? Next Friday is Friday’s “day” the 13th and it would seem the next part to come involves an awful lot of cutting, chopping, strangling, and maiming. So… we should get ready.
