We’ve received a special order for a Quartz Brain Cocktail. We will need some hard to find ingredients and were hoping some nice Patrons or Family might know where we can look, sis! Going to need Ginger, Nutmeg, Olive, Sprite, Ice, and assorted Spirits. I know, I know, sounds like pretty easy to find ingredients but I’m really hoping for some top-shelf stuff. If I can mix this cocktail right, well, let’s just say I’ll be seeing double.
Currently we have to rely on second hand information about Ottawa from what we’ve read about it in travel logs and heard about it from customers. I’m thinking if we can try their national drink of Quartz Brain we might be able to understand them better. I know not many Americans have tried this Cocktail and it does sound kinda gross (Olives and Sprite? Really?) but I’m willing to take the risk.
Now if you don’t mind, I would like to loosen my tie and hop right into some mixology in the Cafe. Working in the Diner has always been far too stiff for my liking. See all you lovely dovelys in QUARTZBRAIN02.
