Answer and Explanation
Answer: Hydrangea
Explanation: The first step is to set the wheel (see the Zodiac Files for said wheel, plus CFU02 as to what the wheel actually represents) to No Pulp (or Hash Browns). All the later words are words that are featured in one of the menu items. Shift those into their numbers, then use Menu Code - once again, shifted so that Hash Browns corresponds to A/Q and so on - and that reveals the word.
Summary of Receipt
35 informs the Managers of two things. First, the Other Cafe - they're embroiled in a war against the Dark (Umbra, Pleasant, Aka, plus whatever allies they have at the time), who are dead set on finding the Enochian Bible, which has the secrets of the Universe inside it. As such, Umbra wants it to re-write the Universe. Nikki, Jericho, Joy and Julius (26) decided to form their own CaD to stop him. There's apparently more, but that was all 26 was willing to say. Moving on, he also confirms that the Salvation Cult is called Solomon's Twice Third Temple (or 113rd Temple); it uses dark Esterskaldian magic and rituals to bring dead cryptids and demons back to life, in order to use them as 'homes' for soul-eating flies. Solomon's Third Temple in Judaism is a prophesised Third Temple that will come just before the end of the world; the name 'Twice Third' implies it's been built once before and is going to be built again. Lastly, 113 can refer to either Rafael the Archangel, 'Big Bird', 'Is Dead' or just 'Salvation' in Jewish Kabbalistic gematria.

Glad you could all make it. I know typically * likes to keep everyone in the loop, but sometimes it’s necessary to just address the managers. Thankfully, this is nothing too serious, just a FALL UPDATE, per the receipt title.
Most notably, we recently lost one of our Managers, Manager 26. Sometime in early 2017, a group consisting of 26—well, I guess I can just call him Julius now that he no longer works here. Julius, along with an ex-IRIS agent named Jericho, a cult escapee named Crystal, though she prefers the name Joy, and Nicole Langley from the First Cafe started their own Cafe and Diner in Palm Beach, Florida, sometime in early 2017. According to Julius, it was right around when we were dealing with Charlotte and the Hatman.
Apparently, after that whole mess, the Hatman, Umbra, decided to form an organization known as the Dark consisting of himself along with his usual allies, the Mothman and Redman. They’ve since hired a rotating rogues gallery of dangerous customers in pursuit of finding the Enochian Bible. Allegedly this Enochian Bible has the secrets to the universe’s creation in it and can be used to reshape the universe itself. Jericho, Joy, Julius, and Nicole, who met in 2005 and have been loosely associated allies since felt they needed to stop Umbra, and so they started their own Cafe and Diner. However… there’s more to it than that, but Julius said he can’t reveal everything to me. Though I suppose it really isn’t our business anyway.
The other notable update the Owner wanted me to convey is that despite uncertainty (both real and feigned), we are definitely dealing with a cult in San Francisco known as Solomon’s Twice Third Temple, sometimes stylized as 113rd. They are using dark Esterskaldian magic to resurrect Cryptids and Demons to act as vessels for soul-eating flies. The cult members are then collecting the souls from the flies and storing them in their “Twice Third” temple in San Francisco. This is a rather urgent threat as soul magic is generally regarded as the most taboo form of magic, even among demons. The Triple Threat managers are already on the case and working to discover more information about the Twice Third Temple and its leader “Al Crow.”
As for the cult’s name, Solomon’s Third Temple refers to a hypothetical temple sacred in Judaism, also referred to as the Third House of the Sanctum. It’s believed by some more extreme sects that the building of the Third Temple will precede the End Times. The name “Twice Third” would seem to imply that the Third Temple has been built before and will be built again. At least, that’s my guess. As for why they stylize it as 113rd, I can’t say. In Jewish Gematria 113 could mean Rafael, an Archangel. It could also mean “Big Bird,” but that seems too silly. “Is Dead” is another possibility. Of course… in simple Gematria, “Salvation” is also 113.
