Okay so... Our plans got really messed up! We were going to try and serve Mrs. Brown on the 12th, but then the whole “thing” happened and then the very next day we had to evacuate the manor for the whole day so… Well, God works in mysterious ways! I offered to help Mr. 5 yesterday because, you know, I can take a lot of verbal abuse from customers but everyone agreed it’d be better if that customer didn’t know I existed.

Now we need to regroup and plan another reservation for Mrs. Brown. We were going to have 26 assist, but then the whole “thing” happened and he took most of the Managers to Ottawa to get some Ice Water. They should be back soon, but until then I’m kind of on my own. 71 and 1313 said they would help, but neither of them are trained in the type of customer service we need. Team 4 is out trying to deal with the “thing” so, I guess it’s up to us! Mr. 17 might also be able to help once he finishes his business with Z. Akahsik. Worst case, I get chewed out a little, right?
