This is my first Cafe and Diner receipt, so if I did the math wrong and the totals don’t match up, please let me know!
My math might be off because of a new special that has coincided with the partial eclipse we just had tonight. This Blood Moon Special might’ve been too good to pass up as customers have been flocking in from Canada to sample our coffee. They have been mostly stopped at the border, but some are getting visas and coming through anyway. Notably there have been rumors of former Cafe customers such as Mrs. Pleasant popping up.
More troubling, it seemed we’ve run out of salt and pepper at the Cafe. From A-to-Z it seems all stores are out of seasoning. Considering the Blood Moon special, it’s safe to assume customers have been buying salt and pepper directly. Of course, we should let our Friends have their space as we have no reason to cut them a Friend’s discount, but should our Friends run out of stock then we’re probably next. I’m going to see if 4121’s current project can help us with this Special, it might be nice to serve some brunch Cocktails.
Also, there’s going to be a bigger special in 14 days. If this is the 50%-off, I don’t want to know what the 75%-off will be like.
