It is my pleasure to assist this Cafe and Diner in any way that I can. Within reason, of course. As I see it, the Dark is quite the threat to good coffee all around the world. It would be a shame if their over-roasted blend became the standard. Luckily I have some experience with their owner, Umbra. Though it has been quite a while since I last spoke with him. His motivations were almost noble at one point, and I tried to assist him as best as I could. Though, as the years passed, he chose to stray from the light and take a darker path. A path that I can no longer condone.
For the sake of full disclosure, this is not the first Cafe I have been employed with, and I doubt it will be my last. Per my more divine disposition, I have been around not only here and now but in times long past. Though equally due to my divine disposition, I am not always the same as I was, were, or will be. So, consider this a fresh experience for me as well. On this train of thought, I am unsure how long I will be able to lend my aid. There are certain places I need to be, and sooner rather than later. By my estimate, I have at least 13 months to spare. So, let’s make the most of them, yes? Also, so I do not end up sounding like a broken record.

That should do the trick. It becomes tiresome to have to parrot “be not afraid” every time I wish to converse with you. However, those words should cover it, at least for the coming months. And speaking of the light, I wish you all well and urge you to stay within it.
