Summary of Receipt
Employee 17 suggests that with Morrison escaped, Shaka probably dealt with them. Anyway we got Boogeyman lore: They're generally from the Hauntaurskald, and slightly rarer from the Esterskald, Necropolis and Infernus. Maydaian Boogeymen are pretty rare, though Ouroboros or Morningstar Boogeymen would be even rarer. Also, other issue: the thirteen regents Morrison mentioned. Carleton is probably one of them, but all of the others are complete mysteries. Lastly 17 says there aren't any weird paintings inside his house - he, Manager 0 and Manager 1 have checked and can't find anything.

Seeing as Mrs. Morrison was able to escape the manor on the 13th and the Teal Room is currently under-repair, I can only assume Z. has already dealt with Mrs. Morrison’s tab. And if he hasn’t yet, he will in due time. Still, we managed to learn a bit about Mrs. Morrison and her “mother,” Miss. Carleton.
Firstly, we now know that Miss Carleton likes to dance while she drinks her Ice Water. As you are most likely well aware, those who dance typically only drink Orange Juice. However, in cases such as Miss. Carleton or even Mrs. Brown, there is some leeway with this. The Orange Juice Distributor isn’t picky where he gets his customers from so long as they have deep pockets. Although, it has been a while since I’ve seen or heard of an Ice Water dancer. Outside of Orange Juice, Green Tea, Corpse Reviver, and Hot Chocolate are the most likely drink for dancers. Ice Water is most peculiar. Although I suppose Coffee with Creme or Snake Oil would be a much rarer sight. Still, Miss. Carleton’s, let us say, troubled lineage is an interesting topic. Unfortunately, even if we wanted to know the details with Padre out-to-lunch, I doubt we’ll get the full story.
Secondly, Mrs. Morrison grows stronger the longer she is outside of Canada. She went from nonverbal to postverbal to full-on chatty as the days went by. Her working with Mrs. Weekend is undoubtedly indicative of a higher consciousness. I suppose it was only a matter of time before she found a way out of the Teal Room anyway. We didn’t get much face-to-face time with Mrs. Morrison from what S2 tells us, so this is new information. Although it was around this time in S2 that Z. was dealing with Mrs. Morrison, so there is a chance she is still out and about for unknown reasons.
Lastly, Mrs. Morrison is a bit of a poet. Old hat for us at this point but worth giving some thought to her prose. Thirteen years and thirteen regents come as one… Who or what are these “thirteen regents?” Well, I have an idea of who one might be. Miss. Carleton, of course. That leaves 12 unknowns. 10 if Mrs. Morrison is also “one,” but I doubt that. I have a few thoughts on who the others might be, but there is no point speculating here and now. Not while we have the other prophecies to worry about. Oh, and the “portrait of fear” or whatever it was that is supposedly hidden within my manor. Still unsure what that refers to. Manager 0, 1, and I have done countless sweeps and have found nothing. Best to call off the search at this point and put on some coffee instead. We’ll have time to worry about paintings and blood another day. For now, let us focus on Miss. Carleton.
