Employee 62 finds a report from Astoria 23 outside the CaD talking about ‘Project LA<redacted>’ and ‘Subject KW’ (Katherine Wade). They seem to be doing human - or ‘human’ - experiments, and also apparently the CaD’s been poking around at their hidden base since 2/3/20 without knowing it.
