Summary of Receipt

611 theorises that the Otherworld is linked to the Otherside's movement in conjunction with the Flipside - so, if the Otherside (or more specifically the Morningstar) moves downwards, it's possible the Otherworldly appearances might move downwards as well. Though this does mean the CaD's running out of time to send Mr. Cowon back, if true.

What No. 44B said a few days ago got me thinking. While we don’t know much about the Otherworld yet, we do know a whole lot about the Otherside. And the subject of lunar phases and boundary lines made me curious as to where the Otherside is right now over Evergreen and Beaver. So, from January to now, the Morningstar has been passing over the Pacific Northwest. Now, I don’t know if we’re just drawing wild conclusions or if we actually are the best supernatural sleuths in the world, but Morningstar? Lucifer? Blight? Maybe it is like No. 26 said, and this whole Otherworld is some sort of weird death rattle of Lucifer’s magic mixed with Masoch’s funk.

Something we should keep an eye on is if there’s an influx of these Otherworldly customers popping up further and further south as the Morningstar moves downward. Though if the Otherworld, and by extension, Mr. Cowon, are connected to the Morningstar and its movement, you only have three more days to send him home before the same ripple in the boundary lines which brought him here moves on. Maybe. It’s worth pointing out that I don’t know how the Otherworld works any better than any of you do, but if it works at all, like the boundary lines and the Unified Otherside Theory, time is ticking down for Mr. Cowon to get home. And if he sticks around Evergreen, A23 will definitely get their salty claws on him.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any good ideas on how you guys could actually get him home. I mean, we know what has worked in the past. But that seems like a pretty violent end for a relatively nice customer. Maybe No. 7 has a non-explosion-of-light way to send customers home? And, hey, maybe if No. 7 thinks about the Morningstar, that could attune her powers to send Mr. Cowon home? I guess in the worst case you could try and bring Mr. Cowon down to the Church. Though from No. 44B’s observation notes, that might not be the safest plan.
