Clue 3: Turn that - in the order of the clue - into an acronym.
Answer and Explanation
Answer: New Cafe
Explanation: At noon, the Sun’s at the North. When it rises, it’s in the East. When it sets, it’s in the West. This forms an acronym, ‘New’, which gives New Cafe.
Summary of Receipt
35 tries to activate his insurance plan for the Actuaries of the Unknown. They ask him whether he's from the Broadway Cafe or the Palm Beach Cafe, which was weird, so he started looking into it. Apparently there's another Cafe and Diner in Palm Beach, Florida, so he sends them an email to learn more.

CAFE AND DINER RECEIPT FROM 9/1*/17
MANAGER 35
RECEIPT: FLORIDA01
STATUS: FULL SERVICE
Hey, so, uh, I don’t know how to put this, but I think there’s another Cafe? I don’t mean, like, the original Cafe and Diner from the 90s and early 2000s… I mean, like another operating Cafe and Diner. And it’s in Florida.
I was activating my insurance plan that * set up for us with the Actuaries, and they asked, “Which Cafe do you work at?” Which… caught me off guard. So, I asked what they meant, and they said, “Palm Beach or Broadway?” Anyway, after I got my insurance set up, I started searching around, and there is a “generic combination Cafe and Diner” open in Palm Beach, Florida. I couldn’t find out much else about them, but this can’t be a coincidence, right? Plus, whoever this other Cafe is, they already have an account set up with the Actuaries.
I’ve sent them an email which will hopefully clear things up and not scare them away. I’m not really sure what to make of this. Are they a real Cafe with a real *? Or is it like a fan group of ours? Maybe a fan group of the original? You know, now that I think about it… we’re kind of a fan group of the original. I guess it also raises the question… are the Investors involved with the Florida CaD too? If so, why didn’t they tell us?
I guess there’s nothing left to do now but wait for a response.
