We’ve come to a decision regarding Mr. Lucia’s offer. I think we are all in agreement that a face-to-face meeting with all of the managers would be beneficial, especially considering new and pressing developments that need to be discussed before the end of November. However, as No. 53 and No. 2312 have pointed out, it would be a foolish move to have all the 8’s gathered in one place on a specific date. Too easy to abuse that situation. So we have moved the meeting, coffee and all, to an undisclosed date. Surely Mr. Lucia isn’t picky about the timing of such things.
With that cleared up, there is another issue. While this should be a meeting of only managers, we will need No. 323 in attendance, obviously. Which seems a bit unfair to the other branches. So, I would like No. 422 of the Palm Beach branch and No. 116 of the Long Island branch to also attend. While I don’t think any of us trust No. 422 as far as we can throw him, I think it’s safe to assume he probably already knows most of what we would discuss anyway. As for No. 116, he was chosen specifically by No. 5 with the warm regards of “Don’t cross me, [No. 116.]” They have some sort of history together, I guess. I don’t really care.
With all that taken care of, there is another decision that needs to be made regarding Miss. Cece. Last I checked, things were all tied up. While I can’t force any abstaining Employees to vote, it would be nice for someone to break the tie. I know the choices are both pretty bleak, but we need to deal with Miss. Cece sooner rather than later. I was happy to put it off, but, well, let’s just say I got a premonition of what lies in store if we do. All I can say now is that it would be Capital if we could sort that out ASAP.
For now, that’s all no. 1 has to say. It’s starting to get colder, so please stay warm. Remember, friends, come first. Even when we’re sick to death of our friends. But don’t let me ramble on for too much longer. I’ll leave that to you all. Right now, a nice cup of Decaf sounds great.
