Julia W. is the friendly Manager No. 7 of the Cafe and Diner, running the Long Island Branch with her girlfriend Manager No. 3.

Biography

Julia first became known to the Cafe and Diner in August 2019, after she came to the Third Cafe, being chased by Miss. Masoch, though he was dealt with eventually. In December of that year, Julia vanished. Despite the newly formed Fourth Cafe's efforts, they could not recover her from the other Cycle she had been sent to. Even so, she reappeared towards the end of the month, though she held a copy of the Mantle of 8, which gives her control over the Otherworld; this is called the "8i". She was also given the position of Manager No. 7 upon her arrival.

During the Fourth Cafe's Otherworldly Adventures, Julia was invaluable due to her special connection to Quebec and its customers. She was also placed on "Espresso Affairs" with Ex-Employee No. 71, a secret organisation within the Cafe and Diner, dedicated to uncovering the truth behind Otherworldly phenomena.

After the ousting of Muldra Yonomo as Manager No. 2 and majority shareholder of the Cafe and Diner, the CaD expanded, and Julia became manager of the Long Island Branch alongside Manager No. 3. There, they primarily investigated The Haunting of 112, though the details of this are currently unclear. Once the Haunting had been dealt with, fewer customers flew in from Quebec, leaving the Long Island CaD to focus mostly on archival, social media and website upkeep, though they do still deal with customers from time to time.

In November and December 2021, Julia investigated her heritage. As she found out, the people she knew as her parents, Adathan and Ariel Wandsun, are not actually her biological parents. Instead, they are Angels, and she is the child of Jean and Lucifer, given to the Wandsuns after her birth by Lucifer, to protect her from Jean, who had a habit of getting those around him killed. This, naturally, shook her somewhat, though she was soon back to slinging coffee. As was recently pointed out, due to the circumstances of her birth, the throne of the Morningstar is her birthright, though she declined to take it for the time being.

Personality

Julia is a cheery, upbeat person, and one of the more down to earth employees of the CaD. She is kind and caring, though she is still relatively new to the coffee business, and can get nervous at times.
