This is wicked neat, I gotta say. The past is a lot less hell-scapey than history books would have you believe, what with all the Demon War stuff. Also very grateful, very appreciative to be given a temporary CaDCom thing. It's surprisingly more advanced than I expected from almost 100 years back. Apparently, today is some sort of thanking holiday or something. Closest we have in the future is Divedivdando which is basically when everyone gets their annual dividend from the Tuskkin Board. Most people use it to buy a bunch of food and throw some wicked wholesome parties and hang with all your best buds and stuff. I can't wait for this year's stipend cuz I've got a whole bunch of new friends. Sure some of them want to kill me, I think, mainly Blazebug, but hey, a party is a party, come on!
Anyway, all that to say, most everyone is busy today doing food stuff and family things, and I don't know. Tomorrow I'm supposed to help out with the whole big something, something dimensionally phantasmagoric entity… sure. I hope Scratch told everyone I'm not much of a "fighter" per se. In fact, many would consider me "useless outside of the Phantom Lane." Oh. OHHH. That's probably the plan, huh? That's always the plan. I just gotta get the jump on this Bartlett guy and put him in the Phantom Lane. But wait. If I do that, how would I get back here? The House that links the past to the Phantom Lane is gone until Wednesday. Maybe that's not the plan? I couldn't tell you for sure.
Speaking of plans, though, of course, the ghost has their own plans that need to be attended while I'm here. Most people back in the future don't know or don't believe me when I tell 'em about the Phantom. Probably because the Phantom almost never talks to people besides me. So yesterday was WILD, to say the least. I mean, sure, I can take people to the Phantom Lane, and you'd think that'd be proof enough, but in the future, after the Demon Wars, a lot of people also have powers, so it's less impressive than you'd think. Here though, it seems pretty freaking sweet to have powers. Everyone is so… so normal here. It's weird. Kinda refreshing, though. I am so tired of giant 9-foot tall homunculus men, living malls, wall clowns, you know the "Kennedy Usual." Wait, right, I just got a reminder that the Phantom needs something while I'm here.
I gotta talk to someone named "Victoria Ward" before I go. So if someone could point me in that direction, it'd be very much appreciated.
