Summary of Receipt

Employee 44B confirms that there’s strange temporal trickery - it’s only been a day for them since their last receipt. The bellhop is definitely Maydaian (so, yeah, New Guy/Loveland). The guests are apparently Miss. Wednesday (the one with the eyepatch - Odin) and Miss. Satsuki, along with the strange person who never leaves their room and, strangely, something locked inside room 101. Unfortunately this means that they’re probably also trying to find the Thunderbolt, which the CaD is having trouble finding due to the labyrinthine nature of the hotel.

Wait. It’s the 20th? That’s not a good sign. To us, it’s only been a day. Or at least it has only felt like a day. There is serious temporal trickery happening, which I suppose is the signature of Miss. Guile. This whole hotel is an entirely different level of weird than we’re used to, and that’s saying something. First off, I can’t ignore the “bellhop.” He’s a bizarre demon of some sort who is playing the part of every employee in the hotel. And I say demon because I didn’t recognize him from Greco-Roman mythology, so I did a quick scan with my CaDCom. He’s Maydaian.

Then, there’s the matter of the other guests staying at this hotel. One of the guests is clearly Miss. Wednesday, I don’t know who else would have an eye patch and beard like that. The other guest I later discovered to be Miss. Satsuki. And then there is the mysterious third guest who has yet to leave their room. My sister has claimed to see shadows moving beneath the door, though neither myself nor No. 1 has seen or heard anything. Then there is another guest who is staying in room 101. Or I assume there is SOMETHING in room 101 because the door is locked from the outside.

Lastly, I think it’s important to remember why we are here: to find the second piece of the key of three. I assume that’s what Miss. Satsuki and Miss. Wednesday are here to do as well. That could also imply that Miss. Bad is occupying room 113, though I don’t want to jump to conclusions. The good news is we know that the second piece of the key is still here, somewhere in the hotel, because the Pearl is still showing it to be in this location. The problem is every time we seemingly get close to finding it, the Pearl “says” it’s somewhere else in the hotel. I suppose we could ask the bellhop for help, though as friendly as he may seem, he still works for Miss. Guile. Though, he is unnaturally friendly.
