Alright, I've caught up on the whole OPOG/ULDH/BCD fiasco. As I understand it, the Palm Beach Managers—Nos. 4, 5, and 6—were each tasked with taking down one of Satan's three minions. But due to the unique alliance between these minions, it was necessary to defeat them both simultaneously and separately. From an outsider's perspective, though, I'd say you all got played. Janos, Fitch, and Cece were a united front, so why weren't you? I get that the Cafe tends to luck into about half of its victories, but in case you forgot—"luck" is the enemy.

No. 5's group kept their entire plan secret out of fear that Cece would find out. No. 4's group didn’t even have a plan beyond "attack," which falls apart when you don’t know who your target is. And No. 6's group over-relied on prophecy and Fate instead of trusting themselves to get the job done—Fate be damned. The point is, we need to regroup and actually work together. I understand the strategy of taking them down when they’re separated, but they’re clearly communicating even apart while we’re not.

Fortunately, No. 1223 and I come from the magical land of soul-crushing supernatural bureaucracy. We can help create a real plan to take down Satan’s minions and free Long Beach from his control. However, it’ll take two key things: time and actual, genuine secrecy. I know how much the Cafe hates the very concept of black highlighters and classified documents, but putting any part of your plan up on the Archives is a bad move. I know we’ve stopped moving receipts to the public-facing Archive temporarily, but even our CaDComs aren’t 100% secure.
