Now that BCO is all settled, I want to get my hands on this TCR Receipt. Do a bit of auditing, shall we say. And speaking of, guess what? There was a mysterious fire not far from the Cafe. So someone has to go see if there was any significant damages, losses, or whatever it is I do here. You know, besides being awesome.
And yep, I can confirm that it was a fire. The hot kind. There’s some ash, some rubble, some soot, some cinders... I’m not sure what you’re expecting from this fire. Oh, I know. You want me to take Blood samples, right? Done and done. And guess what? +13.12677S. So when I say “normal fire,” I mean it’s a normal fire set by our arsonist customer, probably Miss. Ojai. Not only that, but in addition to the standard fire-y stuff, I found some blood-blood. Not like “Blood” like beep boop here’s your numbers blood, I mean BLACK blood. The Texas Tea of Ottawa, if you will. The one thing the Salt ‘n Pepper and CaD can agree on being UBER illegal Flipside. That gunk. Obviously, it’s supposed to be destroyed on sight, but I’m considering this an open tab with open evidence. I’m gonna hang out here until a Manager can swing by and take over. I’m all for kicking rubble around, but I’m not really qualified to deal with Black Blood. Heck, regular ol’ human blood makes me queasy.
The good news is there’s not like a puddle of the stuff, just a few specks here and there. But it was more than enough for my CaDCom to start beeping like crazy. I think I’ve found most of it, but we should probably give X-Ray a call once we’re done investigating so he can come and get this cleaned up properly. So just to get this straight, we’ve got an arsonist, some illegal substances, and a 17-year-old grudge? Fun times all around.
