So, the strange thing is, as far as I can tell, this letter was either written by Satan or was near enough to Satan to pick up his blood signature. Doesn’t get much clearer than a steady 1kS. However, it’s not a pure 1kS tone. I don’t usually look at Prince Blood Signatures, so if you’re unaware, blood signatures range from +/- 1000 though most demons have under 100 in any given value. This particular blood signature is 0L 0M +1000S 0B 0BB 0L 0A 0E 0EE +181.2292EEE.
If you’re wondering: yes, the EEE reading is particularly strange. Last I checked, Satan was from our cycle. Of course, there are many Satans in many cycles. Typically, “EEE” identifies an Elder from outside of our reality, but, under certain circumstances, it can indicate a powerful entity outside our cycle. I think. This is all theory crafting, if I’m being honest. I seldom get to actually see an “EEE” reading. My current assumption is that if we took this letter and looked at it from where it originated, the EEE would read 0. Which… could potentially mean that we are “181.2292” units away from its origin. Blood is in some way locational, after all.
Seeing as we have an entire secret/not-so-secret branch of the Cafe and Diner full of employees who are more interdimensional inclined than myself, maybe one of them would be able to help me out here. I’m sure No. II knows, but it probably won’t help, but No. IV probably also has a decent idea of how this all works, right? No. V also probably knows, but I bet he can’t/wouldn’t tell me. No. VI… might know? I really don’t know how much that little weirdo does or doesn’t know.
