Notes
There were apparently two tweets sent that comprised this puzzle. Both tweets were not archived, but there was apparently code in the tweets which decoded to 'UH OH' and 'RIT13' (RIT13 was what the Halloween Gambit was called in the 15th Sphere). Another code was later sent clarifying that the message is in fact 'RIT13' and not 'ROT13'.
