Nine shows up and helps the CaD investigate Bartlett’s possible Cycle. He’s likely in either Indigo Prime, where Nine comes from; Dive Prime, aka Tuskkin; the Otherworld; and Wandsun Prime, which has a strange connection to Manager 7. They’ll check Indigo Prime first and allow Nine to obtain a key item, then investigate the Otherworld, see if Phantom Lane knows where Bartlett is in Dive Prime, and lastly check Wandsun Prime.

I knew it was only a matter of time until our paths would cross again, Cafe and Diner. For those who don't know me, you may call me Nine. At one point, I too served coffee though I have long since left that life behind in favor of pseudonymous work. Enough about myself, though. I was called upon by your No. 1 to aid in reaching realms beyond your organization's reach. Traveling to places outside of your cycle can be… dangerous. Luckily I have years, or lifetimes, of experience.
As I understand it, we are searching for the Dover Demon, who has been given the nom de plume of Mr. Bartlett. Last he was seen, he was forced into the Phantom Lane, a dimension between reality and another. I am… somewhat familiar with the Lane as it works similarly to my own organization's library. However, instead of books, it has doors. Doors to anywhere and when within the Sphere. Meaning Dover could be almost literally anywhere. We've narrowed our search down to four key places. First is my home Cycle. For simplicity's sake, we'll call it "Indigo Prime." Next, the planes of the Otherworld. Then, the home Cycle of Edgar Lane, which we will call "Dive Prime." Finally, we will check a Cycle that is inexplicably linked to Manager No. 7. We will call it… "Wandsun Prime." For the time being.
I don't expect Dover to be in Indigo Prime, but stranger things have happened. It will also give me a chance to grab a key item that'll make our search much faster. Then tomorrow, we will check throughout the Otherworld using No. 7's abilities in addition to my own. Then a quick trip to Dive Prime to see if Edgar knows of Dover's whereabouts. And finally, we will flip the end to take a quick peek at Wandsun Prime. Hopefully, there aren't any spoilers. I've already read the back cover, and if Dover isn't there, well, someone else might be. If we time things correctly, we should be there on what would be their Wednesday, which I have always found to be a good day for serendipitous meetings.
