Gee whiz… Miss. Cece, huh? That's a rowdy customer if ever there was one. As buttercup, er uh "44" has already said, she's well on her way to a reservation with us. She's been loitering around on our roof already and is probably just waiting for a slip-up. Some sort of "in" within her terms that'll let her get to us. Now that's a bit of a problem seeing as we don't know what the heck her terms even are.

Miss. Cece is… complicated. She is the oldest boogieman alive. As such, her terms have all but been lost to time and legend. With the younger boogiemen, like Mrs. Weekend, we have her terms clear as day. Well, clear as a nursery rhyme anyway. But with Miss. Cece… all we have is a vague idea of what she's capable of. And with each subsequent loophole, her powers have grown stronger and her terms weaker. We could ask an authority on the matter, like the IRIS Company, though I don't even know if they know Miss. Cece's terms. Of course, we could fall back on historical records, which I know they keep on these kinds of things, but IRIS only goes back to… 1974 with the Berwyn Acts. Anything earlier than that would just be rumors and rhymes, and Miss. Cece has been around since I was a kid.

That being said, I have some thoughts on what could be her terms. Ok, so there is all but a .995% chance that Miss. Cece is somehow tied to roof-tops. We have first-hand evidence of this, and it seems to be a motif of hers. There is also a near 100% chance her terms at some point were based on behavior, but again loopholes might've changed that drastically over the years. If I had to put a number to it, I'd say there's a 25% chance she still is tied to some sort of moral-based system. Even more slim is the chance she's tied to staying up until past your bedtime, maybe ~2.5% chance. That would have been a likely early target of loopholes, anything "time" related, especially with the older contracts, is almost null and void now. So all I can say with certainty is that roof-tops and some sort of behavior are tied to her terms. Like I said, we could try to comb IRIS's archives, but I don't know if we are friends or friendly with them. Plus, we'd have to go through Astoria more than likely. For now, it might be best to do some trial and error, though the error here could result in death or worse. Unless… Well, we'll see, how about that?
