Summary of Receipt

Espresso’s strategy has worked, and Mr. Nusa is now successfully contained in the Cafe and Diner itself. Carajillo’s currently looking after him, and mentions how he always wanted a snake companion. There’s also been minimal damage during the actual ‘fight’, and the damage to regular Flipside infrastructure isn’t their problem.

RECEIPT FILED AS: TCS-05

Espresso’s plan worked well. I was able to ignite the alcohol and then put it out in time for Espresso to serve Mr. Nusa his extra-large Vodka. Espresso then mentioned that we would need to get a liquor license if we started serving so much alcohol. Is this true? I thought we hardly served coffee, let alone alcoholic beverages. I cannot tell if he was speaking in the Cafe or the Diner. His tone suggested the Cafe, but his phrasing made me think of the Diner.

In any case, Mr. Nusa has been served, and we believe his tab is now closed. We will need to wait for Red Eye to retrieve Mr. Nusa to bring him back to Ottawa. In the meantime, I will look after him. He will be enjoying his drink for some time, and until he finishes, he will not be a problem at all. In fact, I rather appreciate Mr. Nusa’s company even if he cannot say or do much while drinking. I always wanted a companion like Mr. Nusa. Ophidians are a particular favorite of mine.

As far as damage inadvertently caused by Mr. Nusa, there does not appear to be any significant damage. We were able to keep track of time while serving him. Of course, there has been a great deal of damage done to tourist infrastructure, but that, as Espresso said, is not a Cafe problem but a Long Beach problem. I suppose he is correct. We do not have the means to repair stoplights. I hope Mr. Nusa is as comfortable as he looks.

That’s all.
