Hi! 35 reporting in with a customer service evaluation.
Mr. Pérez ordered some sausage links, pancakes, and a cabrito burrito special. The cabrito burrito special was just for him! He enjoyed all of the menu items but wishes we had churros as well. The next time he visits, we should take this into consideration. Mr. Pérez was very considerate to the staff and tried not to trouble us too much. He was very grateful for the ride to the airport. Even though he did have a good time, his allergies were acting up while he was in town. He's quite the homebody and likes to stay in Ottawa so he most likely won't be back in town for a while. It was nice talking to him while we could!
