So… that was pretty… blasphemous. I mean, I know that Padre (who is Satan) used to masquerade as a catholic priest, but I guess seeing it in person is a whole different experience. At least, for me, anyway. I guess it can be hard to keep to any of the mainstream religions when you have saved God before. I think the most insidious part of it was, he didn’t do a bad job? As far as I could tell, it was a pretty standard Sunday mass. The congregation seemed more or less normal too. Though he did have three very suspicious figures around him. One of which No. 26 ID’d as Miss. Cece. Though the other two were new to all three of us.

On his right, there was a beautiful woman. Or at least, from what I could see anyway. Her face was largely covered by a huge hat. But she was dressed gorgeously and had this unearthly charm about her. She didn’t say much, but she was constantly around the Altar, and Father Santos (gross) mentioned her as the new head of the parish council. I’m pretty sure her name was mentioned to be Monette Fitch, but I might’ve misheard. It doesn’t really matter that much as she’ll get her own customer name soon enough.

On his left was a rather nice-looking vicar. His name was something like Jakab Janos… or you know, close enough. Nothing much to say really, other than he looked nice and normal. But, No. 44 is convinced he’s not human, just glamored to look like one, though his glamor must be very strong to be undetectable. Interestingly enough, Fitch was not glamored, according to No. 44. If she is indeed some sort of demon, she naturally must look pretty human. Maybe that’s what the big hat was all about. And, of course, there was Miss. Cece right behind Padre the entire service. From what I understand, her cover story is that she is Cecilia Santos, Father Santos’ adopted niece.

Anyway, that was the service. No. 26 and 44 stopped by after dismissal to chat with Padre, though from what it sounds like, it was mostly chit-chat and congratulations on their daughter’s new status in the Otherside. Seems like he’s playing his cards close to his chest. Well… I guess another mass next weekend won’t hurt.
