Well, I finally sucked it up and had a chat with Mrs. Weyer. Enough time has probably passed that we should at least try to be normal around each other again. I mean, I wish I could say that it’s been so long that I can’t remember who hurt who, but I know it was my fault. There's no point in trying to pretend otherwise. Mrs. Weyer is fiercely loyal and passionate. Perhaps a little deranged, but the best ones always are. And me? I just wasn’t able to give them the attention and affection they needed. That’s really just the tip of the iceberg.

Even though I’m not Solomon anymore, I can’t pretend that I never was. Power-hungry, misguided, and easily tempted into my own desires. I thought I’d have maybe made up for my sins by now, but I guess I’ve still got a long way to go in the eyes of the Everlasting. And, while a lot of my mistakes lie in the past, and pasts long passed, Mrs. Weyer is just one of many still living reminders that I was not a very good person for a very long time. Changing is hard. Changing takes constant effort. I’ve never really been one to work all that hard at anything, but change is at least one thing I want to put some effort into.

Enough about me, though. I should probably talk about what Mrs. Weyer said. Lungo is, annoyingly as ever, right. Mrs. Weyer is becoming extremely burnt out at the concept of a never-ending nightclub. They are but a slave to the whims of their Mistress, but they did mention something that might help end this night once and for all. As suspected, Mrs. Weyer’s been granted special ingredients to use in their cocktails. If we can help provide a few extra ingredients, Mrs. Weyer has a plan for a special drink made just for me. <i>A Corpse Reviver No. 3.</i></span>
