I think he's getting close. Uhm, you know, my—uh, No. I. He's getting close to finishing his project. I don't totally understand it, but it's something to do with the CaDCom's Datacore. He had me use my special touch to help link it up to Quebec and Ottawa's servers. Sorta. I think. I'm not really sure what exactly I did—not that I ever really know what my tattoo does or does not do—but there was a flash of light as bright as sunshine and then, well, he seemed pretty happy with the results, so that was good!

It's nice to get to spend some time with him, just us. I've never really been able to get to know him, just the stories others have told me mostly and the few times we interacted before I knew—before he knew. Though… it's… well I think it'll take time. Time we don't have right now, you know? Once this crisis is over we can—deal with the next crisis I imagine. Never a quiet day. Not in this business. But if No. I's Datacore thing works, maybe we'll be able to figure out how to stop Willow DeWeaver's customers from rushing our Cafes.

I didn't get to spend long with him in Long Beach as he was completely absorbed by his work and stuff. But I think he should be finishing it up today and then he's gotta meet with the other Last Cafe members and they've gotta do their thing. I'm excited though! I can't quite explain it, but… I felt something when I touched the Datacore. Something… warm. Hope, maybe. Or… love? I don't know… But! I'm excited to see what he's been working on!</span>
