<p>Ranoma B. is the lovely little polyglot of the Palm Beach branch of the Cafe and Diner, and is a 100% real human boy. Though he does not often get involved with customers often, his linguistic contributions are invaluable.</p>

<h1>Biography</h1>
<p>Ranoma is a rather unique employee, in that his first interaction with the Cafe and Diner was as a customer, with a particular preference for [[Mayda (Sep 7, 2022)|Ice Water]]. However, at some point before October 2017, he was recruited by the Palm Beach Cafe and Diner under the name New Guy. His linguistic skills were vital in getting an edge when the competition was getting [[The Dark|Darker]]. However, the stakes started getting a little too high as the Cafe [[Enter The Light|entered the light]], and they parted ways with Ranoma in about mid-2019 to keep him safe. Presumably, he returned home at this time.</p>
<p>Ranoma would later reappear in April 2020, in the most unlikely of places; La Sonim Hotel, run by [[Dolos|Miss. Guile]]. He was an employee of the hotel, acting as both the Desk Clerk and the Bellhop. Why Guile wanted him is unknown, but it is possible he wanted Ranoma's linguistic mastery. After the Cafe <span class="spoiler-text">found the Lightning Bolt antekey,</span> Ranoma returned to the CaD. Assumedly, he rejoined officially at some point between then and 2021.</p>
<p>In January 2022, Ranoma was in contact with [[Mr. Toad|Mr. Toad]], a customer who had a particular predilection for [[Avalon (Sep 7, 2022)|Apple Juice]]. He, [[Jenny W.|No. 161]] and [[Daichi|No. 422]] visited Toad at the Apple Juice Distribution Center in order to discuss his property issues.</p>
<h1>Personality</h1>
<p>Ranoma is very childlike and carefree, with a very distinctive typing style in which he will often repeat similar phrases multiple times. He is rather innocent, and insists on referring to himself as a "100% real human boy" despite all evidence to the contrary. He can also be rather lazy at times, though he is still a very good worker.</p>
<h1>Ties That Bind</h1>
* Pretty much every CaD employee seems to love him, but he has a special friendship with Employee No. 161, as they send each other postcards and such often.
* Is pen-pals of sorts with Mr. Toad.
