I’ll be taking over Mrs. Pleasant’s case for the foreseeable future. Mrs. Pleasant made the unfortunate choice to dine-n-dash on us. No word on if she’ll be coming back for seconds, but if she does we’ll be ready. No word from her at all actually. Seems like she might not have gone back to Canada. Oh well, at least she’s out of our hair. There’s a chance she might no longer be with us, at least that’s what the consensus seems to be based on her customer satisfaction survey.

She also was very unhelpful when it came to our Blood Moon special and broken Ice Machine. Seems like the Blood Moon special might be useful for people down on their luck. And as for the Ice Machine she said we would see what it does “soon enough.” I think it just makes Ice.

I wanted to thank the Florida Cafe for their assistance with this customer. I know we don’t always see eye-to-eye but we’re still Cafes, right? And if things get too Dark for you guys to handle, just give us a call.
