The Dark Watchers are back.

Or, still here. I guess. Whatever. Point is, they were in the House today waiting for me. Which you know is super creepy, but also, I'm more than used to unexpected visitors in the House. This shouldn't surprise anyone, but they are concerned about our recent and upcoming activities. You know, with the whole Fountain of Youth and Eden thing. It'd be great if I could've gotten a transcript of what they showed me, but you know that's not really their thing. So I'll try and recount the signs and symbols they shoved into my head.

First off, they showed me the Fountain of Youth. It was dormant and then it became active. It then morphed into a lion-like creature. Then it melted into a pool of liquid. The liquid was then poured into a strange cup or goblet, and it was brought up to someone's lips. They drank from the liquid and then coughed out blood or some sort of red liquid. The blood was in the shape of a butterfly? Or maybe just a Rorschach-looking thing. Then that liquid bubbled up and burned through the ground, and in the ground was the Dark Watchers... watching.

Those were the symbols, but of course, I also got a series of vague sounds and possible phrases. The only one I remember clearly was "The apocalypse is nigh" because that's both something you would remember, and it reminded me of a Watsky song. Actually, that'd probably make a good password for this. Other than that, I heard birds chirping, glass shattering, something dripping, and a giggling kind of noise.

Now that is all par for the course for the Dark Watchers, and I think we can all more-or-less get the meaning they were trying to convey. Now, this is where things get… weird. After the whole "vision" thing, they left the House, but the portrait over the mantel changed to a man and a woman. I don't recognize them, and it's not like the House to change without my input. I also can't remove the portrait or change it. Next Wednesday, I'll bring Felix to check it out with me because if anyone knows who these people might be, it'd be him. </span>
