The regular people also seem to think they’re the ‘Last Cafe’, a group that sided with Lucifer during the Great Demon War in this worldline (note: there is a Last Cafe in debt come due but not sure how they’re related). Alright, gang, lots to take in lately. Between the whole Dr. Deadhand situation and the circus from hell, we've been busy here in Dive. Also, it seems we've been making something of a name for ourselves. I just checked the 55's Most Wanted board, and guess who showed up as number 46? Lil' ol me. So, if the 55 want me, it's safe to assume they're not the only ones. Scry expects Big Bad to make a formal move sometime within the next week or so. I wouldn't worry too much about him, though, from what I've heard, he's very "old school." He doesn't do cold-blooded ops. He's very, you know, like write you an official letter stating you've made his list. But between Ringleader, Apeman, and now Dr. Deadhand, he has to be getting a bit irritated.

Also, it seems people think we're some sort of "Last Cafe," which I can only assume I have Charge to thank for that? I've been doing some research, but the internet is heavily censored on certain topics. Scry's told me what she knows about the Last Cafe, but it isn't much. However, I'm starting to think we might actually be the Last Cafe. Well. Not the actual Last Cafe, but the closest thing to it. From what I understand, the Last Cafe was a group that fought on Lucifer's side during the Great Demon War. Lucifer, Cafe, I mean, come on. It's gotta be us, right? The word "Last" makes me think there were other Cafes too, kind of like there is back home with the Florida Cafe and ours.

Obviously, we aren't even from the worldline where any of this happens, but regardless, Cafe and Diner is Cafe and Diner. Last or not. But there's something bigger happening here. Obviously. Between Agent Webber and Alfa of Astoria 23rd luring us here, the Grand Grimoire, Umbra the Shadowman, and this Sevenfold Sect... hm. In any case, I hope Florida CaD is handling the Dark okay. I'm beginning to think we got sent here to make sure we couldn't help them. Then again, I don't know if this really was Alfa's plan or not. Ah well, it's fun to play superheroes for a bit. Just hopefully, not for too long.
