The only thing that stands out to me is that he used the French word “voir” instead of “see.” Also, “Court” is capitalized, though I assume he is referring to the Court of Angels, who initially enacted his Cancellation Clause. At least Complexico is starting us off… easy? Cope, Hope, Chop, Echo, Pech, and Oche. The missing letter is always in the next word, leading to the full five-letter anagram: “Epoch”… or “one hell of a time.” I suppose that’s the “madness” of Complexico’s Complexities. While they always have only one solution, you can get to it a few different ways. Typically, one logical way, like figuring out the missing letter, and one illogical way, just assuming the answer is a synonym for a stretch of time.
