Things are coming together rather nicely. We’ve secured our physical location in Long Beach and now we just have a few minor details to put together. We’ve all agreed that it is better to hold off on hiring baristas until all of our debts are paid. Mon amour is more than fine keeping this as our special little club, but my trusted associate grows understandably anxious. He has associates of his own who he thinks would be great fits for the Cafe and Diner.<br>

For now, my most trusted associate, you must believe me that laying low until our finances are all in place is the safest move. You must understand that we wouldn’t want to let anyone go due to a lack of funds. And, yes I know they would work for free, but that doesn’t sit right with me or mon amour. Pout all you like, majority rules.<br>

That reminds me, I’ve created this basic Receipt template with a MANAGER TITLE field which has worked well as I’ve been the only one to use it. But you will both need titles as well once you start writing receipts. I feel the titles I would prefer are, obvious, to say the least. Mon Amour and my Trusted Associate, if that is alright with you two, of course.<br>
