So, like, I saw a guy with red eyes or whatever outside the Cafe. I don’t think it was the Redman, though. He looked way too young, like my age young. In fact, I feel like I’ve seen him before at my school. Mm… but then again, I’ve seen lots of guys at my school before, hard to keep track of all of them. But I could swear he’s like one of my brother’s nerd associates of the hallowed Team Wolf’s Pang of the Elykian Ruins or whatever. I should probably check with him if any of his nerd pals have gone missing or if their eyes have turned red.

And I mean, his eyes looked red-red. Like his irises were red and his, uh, white bits were totally bloodshot. He also looked super pale and kind of… hollow? I guess. He was just kind of shambling around. And he wasn’t doing anything to the Cafe as far as I could tell. He didn’t try to talk to me either. He was just sort of walking around. I was going to see what he wanted, but when I saw the red eyes, I just booked it. Better safe than sorry. Maybe the Redman is just a dweeb, after all. And hey! I thought the Redman wasn’t allowed to play his dumb little game right now, anyway. He’s up to something—Woah.

Woah, that was a huge earthquake. That had to have been bigger than one last Friday. Ugh. If the San Andreas decides to shred us to pieces, I am so over it. Can’t we do some kind of magic or whatever to stop these stupid earthquakes? Like, are we sure this isn’t Padre’s doing? Or the Redman’s? It seems like anytime someone tries to make a receipt on this creep, the whole Cafe starts shaking. I’ll check with my brother about the—jeez, that aftershock! I’m so over it.</span>
