	Right, No. 2 and I made it here unscathed from the likes of Caassimolar. Here being in the Mayda, choice? Thanks to Asmi’s shortcut, we’ve popped out right near the very depths of the infinitely deep ocean. Our first order of business is finding a way out of the Locker’s depths and up to the more hospitable Black Needle. By the way, that’s also our route to check on the Black Tide. I won’t lie, navigating in this darkness isn’t easy, but we just need to find one of Levi’s Horrors. They’ll take us to the Black Needle since he’s already expecting us. Still, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit paranoid that the Morbid King might’ve infiltrated the ranks of the Horrors. I guess that’s a bridge we’ll have to cross—or swim over—when we get there. If No. 26 and No. 44 aren’t in the Black Tide, I can’t imagine where else they’d be in this massive puddle.

There’s the Coral Gardens up near the surface, but I doubt they’d be there. The Tempest that roams around… well, maybe they got caught in that mess, but No. 26 should be able to warp his way out of it. It’s doubtful they’re in the Locker or the Needle—they’d have drowned by now. Creaking is partially above water, but that’d be a strange place for them to end up. Unless, of course, in the prior universe, they both met their fate at sea.

Speaking of, No. 2’s been wondering if the reason No. 26 hasn’t warped to us yet is because, with this whole strange universal reset… maybe No. 26 lost his powers? That’d be rather pants, wouldn’t it?</span>
