We finally managed to track down this elusive and ephemeral Mr. Robison. Thankfully he was willing to have a little chat with us, though I can't be certain he divulged everything he knows. Namely, he mentioned that the Gilzers have been awfully busy as of late cleaning up countless cosmic "discrepancies." I'm unsure what exactly he meant by that. He also gave us a unique parting gift, the matchstick, which set the original Cafe and Diner ablaze. Not sure what we can do with it exactly, but I'm sure it'll be nice to have.

Doppio: Are you sure about this, buttercup? 
Espresso: 99.95%, darling. Ray knows what he's talking about. 
Doppio: He's a janitor, dear. 
Espresso: Exactly! Isn't that what we're looking for here? 
Doppio: Slight difference between the ancient race cosmic custodians and, well, a regular janitor. 
Espresso: A darn good janitor, though. 
Doppio: Yes, he is, isn't he? Okay, well, Ray said to check the cafeteria at exactly 9:30, correct? 
Espresso: Right on the money, darling! Apparently, all janitors have a similar schedule. 
Doppio: That doesn't make a whole lot of sen- 
Mr. Robison: The Actuaries? What are you two doing here? 
Espresso: See! Ray never disappoints. Pleasure 'ta meet 'ya, pal! Name's [Espresso], and this here is my lovely wife- 
Mr. Robison: [Doppio], yes I am aware. So, what are you two doing here? Business for the Indigo Child? 
Doppio: Not exactly. We're moonlighting at the moment for the Cafe and Diner. 
Mr. Robison: Of course. The Cafe and Diner. At least they aren't as bad as the Daggers. 
Espresso: Daggers, eh? Have they been givin' you trouble lately? 
Mr. Robison: I'll put it this way, not everyone can be a janitor. And when you don't know what you're doing, you just make a bigger mess. 
Doppio: I see… so you've had lots of messes lately? 
Mr. Robison: You could say that. This is the most discrepancies I've seen in a long time. 
Espresso: I don't suppose you could tell us about those discrepancies? See, I'm pretty good with numbers if- 
Mr. Robison: Oh no. I wouldn't want to worry you about these numbers. It might flip your concept of statistics on its head. However, you both have come at a great time. See, I have a piece of trash that belongs to you. Well, the Cafe. I know the Daggers have been trying to get their hands on it for a while, and I think it'd be safer with you. 
[Mr. Robison handed Doppio a small used matchstick] 
Doppio: A matchst- oh. Oh, is this the match? THE match? 
Mr. Robison: One and the same. 
Doppio: Goodness, thank you- uh- 
Mr. Robison: Rob is fine. 
Doppio: Thank you, Rob. Is there anything else we can do to help? 
Rob: I'm afraid it'd only make the mess worse. Let the professionals handle it.
