1. ON SEPTEMBER 4TH, ALL ASTORIA 23RD COMPUTERS WENT DOWN TEMPORARILY. UPON REBOOT, THEY WERE UNDER THE CONTROL OF A GROUP CURRENTLY KNOWN AS "DEEP CORP 23". EACH BROWSER WAS SET TO REDIRECT TO: ████████████████ WHICH WAS ALSO UNDER DEEP CORP 23 CONTROL. OPERATIVES WERE OFFERED A CHANCE TO ASK QUESTIONS ON SEPTEMBER 5TH. WE HAVE CONFIRMED 5 OF THE Q/A'S WERE SECURED BY ASTORIA 23RD OPERATIVES.

2. WHILE ASTORIA 23RD SYSTEMS WERE DOWN/CONTROLLED, THE SECONDARY HUB OF THE CAFE AND DINER GROUP WAS ALSO UNDER DEEP CORP 23 CONTROL. THIS WAS THE CHANNEL USED TO COMMUNICATE WITH BOTH SIDES. AGENDA UNKNOWN. MEMBERS UNKNOWN.
