IT HAS BEEN SUCH AN ADRENALINE RUSH CHASING MOTHMAN THROUGH TEXAS!! I admit, yes, I admit, I did not think I would enjoy Texas very much, but it is actually quite the opposite! It is like we are playing one very big game of tag, except Mothman can reach up to 100 miles per hour and the Manager’s Bentley can only go 120 miles per hour if we are lucky—and even when we are lucky, we must abide by the speed limit whereas Mothman does not. But, BUT! The Manager bought me a COWBOY HAT! YES! IT IS TRUE! So, it has been a very successful trip thus far in that regard.<br />
<br />
Of course, it goes without saying that the Mothman is now very much aware of our presence. We thought we finally had him cornered in Austin, but he simply slipped away at the very, yes very, last moment! It was a close call, but then we got some Tex-Mex and so that was not a total loss, I think. Then we zoomed over to Houston, thinking we had a solid lead and a chance to cut him off… BUT! You see, so you see, the traffic there is absolutely wild! I was hanging on to the Manager’s Bentley for dear life, but the Manager was very good at weaving in and out through the sea of cars.<br />
<br />
Finally, we made our way to Dallas where we believed the Mothman was heading in the first place. I do not know why Dallas is so important to the Mothman’s trip, but despite our attempts to catch him elsewhere, he was still very determined to go there. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stop him in Dallas, but based on the direction he took off in, we believe he is now headed to Denver. So! That is where we are headed next and that is where we will finally catch him! I know we can!<br />
