Well. I don't know what I was expecting. Probably not that, but what else could our "divine punishment" have been? No point in beating around the bush, I guess. Florida's punishment was that they were no longer allowed to operate a Cafe and Diner. Our punishment is that we have to keep an eye on all four of them until the Cafe and Diner can "restore a significant cosmic imbalance." Whatever that means. The Angels weren't exactly kind enough to specify what cosmic imbalance we're supposed to correct, and, to be honest, we don't have the time to go looking for one.

What this all means for the here and now is that we have four new employees… Uh, not sure what we're going to do about the differences in CaDComs or names yet. For now, we all already know them as Payroll, the Manager, H.R., and Big Guy, so that works for me if it works for all of you. Unless, of course, Big Guy wants his old number back? Just kidding. Mostly. At some point, we're going to have to pay Marcelle and BaristaTech a visit to upgrade and unify our CaDComs. Another thing to add to the docket, I guess. For now, everyone can stick to their own CaDComs, and we'll just have bi-weekly meetings or something.

Now I know this is supposed to be a punishment, but I am happy to have some extra help on this, Miss. Masoch case. Some extra, mandatory-by-order-of-the-Court-of-Angels, help. But help nonetheless. Plus, The Manager is clearly a force to be reckoned with, Payroll is a very literal "old hat" within the Cafe, H.R.'s powers of premonition are bound to come in handy, and if anyone can serve Miss. Masoch a hot cup of coffee to the face, it's Big Guy. Speaking of, it's time we really get to that. I'm worried for Julia's safety and the whole west coast. It's time to put this Blighted-Up Witch to rest.</span>
