S.W. did a bang-up job capturing the chupacabra but then sort of biffed it when it came to “sending it home.” To be fair—TO BE FAIR—I didn’t even work here yet, but if I did? I would not have just released the chupacabra expecting it to magically go home. If it could just magically go home, what would be the point in capturing it? There had to be some sort of catch! And, that catch is something called the “boundary lines.” I had O.L. explain it to me MULTIPLE times and I think I’m starting to get it.</ins></div></td></tr>

And it’s called the Otherside because it is LITERALLY the other side of the Flipside. And being on the other side of our reality means that sometimes things slip across. It’s more common for things from the Otherside to end up in the Flipside because of the whole boundary lines thing. See, from our side we can’t see the boundary lines at all. But apparently on the Otherside they are not only visible but ever so enticing for wandering cryptids. They’re like big blinking neon signs that say: “HEY BUDDY! WALK OVER HERE!”</ins></div></td></tr>

It becomes a bit of a guess and check, really. According to O.L. there are a few ways we could see the boundary lines but they either require being born with that power, making a shady deal with an eldritch entity (sounds kind of cool ngl,) using some sort of otherside technology, or waiting for the tear in the boundary lines to get big enough that we can see it with our shamefully naked eyes. I asked O.L. if she qualified under any of these circumstances, and sadly, she does not.</ins></div></td></tr>
