We still have no sign of Cannon or Gemini on the road. And Cannon Beach sure is... eerie. Especially in the autumn. I'm sure this place looks... "cheerier" in the summer. Something's definitely off here, though. There's like this... funk... some sort of bad vibe. It's hard to explain. Me and New Guy have been staking out the road for a little bit now and haven't seen anything. Which is weird.<br />

We've seen nothing <b>literally</b>. This is a US highway, right? There should be at least one or two cars every so often… But we've been watching the road for maybe four hours now, and we haven't seen or heard a single car go by. Something is definitely strange in cannon beach, and we're gonna get to the bottom of it.<br />

Also, maybe less weird, but still annoying... there are so many freaking flies! What is it, fly season? Here and at the other Cafe, it's always flies! <b>Why is it always flies?!</b> They're literally swarming everywhere. Maybe they're sand fleas? Not sure, but they're so annoying! I'm getting real sick of the bugs.<br />

At least we have the game to keep us busy while we wait. Looking for a booking… hm… Well, in any case, we'll keep you updated. New Guy has been asleep for a while now, so I wouldn't expect a report from him today.</span></div>Ducklord
