While I was picking up some new brewing equipment, I heard a rumor that another customer might like a cup of Cafe coffee nearby. His name is Perez, and he's a pretty common sight around the Coffee business. From what I know, he's kinda special in that he hangs out all over Canada, but I'm sure Big Guy would know more about that than I do. Now, it'd be a bit of a drive to get over to him, as he was seen allll the way down in the Keys—but I think this would be a great first customer to serve.

Well, I suppose Umbra was our first "customer," but—yuck. I wouldn't want to give him the honor of being our first. Besides, we'll probably be seeing a lot of Umbra in the coming weeks, so it'll be a nice change of pace to serve a more palsy-walsy customer. He'd be a "Mr." customer in the old Cafes, but I don't feel like messing with honorifics. It always made receipt writing a pain when switching between the Diner and Cafe. So, instead… I think I'll write up a simple menu that'll serve as our own ranking system.

Mr. Customers tend to order something light like an Affogato or a Mocha. Mrs. Customers gravitate more toward Lattes and Cappuccinos. Then, Miss. Customers naturally prefer the stronger stuff like Espressos or Americanos. Lastly, seeing as we have a sorta special customer in Umbra, I think he takes his coffee Black. And there is a bit more nuance here than with the older system, too. It's more like a spectrum—Affogato to Americano. But Perez? He definitely enjoys a nice sweet Affogato. Mmm… maybe a Mocha if you bleat, but as far as we're concerned? Affogato. I’ll see if I can update the CaDCom Header to accommodate our customer’s orders as well. Wish me luck.</span>
