Manager 3 decides to continue dealing with this in 2020 and plans to continue investigating the weird Otherworld things. Also, Manager 7 can see strange things on her arms - they look like an infinity symbol (lemniscate) with two teardrops above and below it, surrounded by a diamond. These symbols aren’t scars, they only appear in certain lights. </span>

<b>Manager No. 3</b>

I finally have the time to go check out this Mrs. Kay for myself! Plus, I get to take Manager No. 7 with me as a bonus. I asked if she wanted to wait a bit before getting right back into things, but she seemed more than excited to dive in. I remember back when I was that eager to serve coffee. There's also something… different about her. But I'll let her talk about that. 

Anyway, seeing as OSO is getting to be a bit big for a normal case and there seems to be more than one customer from the other side of Ottawa, I think we'll split it off in the new year. I'll keep them all filed under OSO, but I'll make subfolders so we can give equal attention to BCO, LEP, and any other OSO-y cases. Plus, I've heard from Manager No. 1 that there are some other, other customers out there that we need to look into. They might just be rumors right now, but still worth keeping that in mind. I mean, Mrs. Lludd and Mrs. Kay were just rumors a month ago. In any case, wherever they're coming from, I think Employee No. 17 is right… it's gotta be tied to Lucy's passing. Her death seems to have brought in a lot of new and strange customers. 

 

<b>Manager No. 7</b>

Hi again, again, everyone! I'm so excited to be working for the Cafe and Diner! And I'm already a manager! You usually don't move up that fast unless there's like nepotism involved, haha. Anyway, I'm feeling fine after the whole… who knows really. I don't feel sick, or tired, or hurt, or anything! The only side effect I've noticed is that sometimes in certain lights, I can see these sort of patterns on my arms. I'll see if I can draw them for you. It looks like a lemniscate and two teardrops in like a fancy square. I'm not really sure what it means yet, but I'm almost certain it has to do with my weird disappearance. And my skin isn't like weirdly scratched or raised or anything; it's just in certain lights I can see it.</span>
