Normally, Princes can ward off those, but since Mammon’s been encased in gold since he tried to take over the universe two years ago, they’ll be fine. He opens the trip up to any volunteers and asks for suggestions as to how they’ll help Jethro and Lazarus escape.</span>

Ah, how humorous it is to steal from the Prince of Greed, eh? Though, No. 5 is correct. Given Mammon’s current situation, it should be like taking candy from a baby encased in gold. And to think, it was only two years ago Mammon was moments away from taking control of the entire universe. Shows what greed gets you in the end, no? Of course, few ever steal from the Prince of Greed for a good reason. His temper is truly unmatched when he is plundered. Though, considering we are largely responsible for his imprisonment, I doubt taking his scepter will boil his blood any further. And Miss. Evakui is not after the artifact for its power, merely for its lustrous shine. I am not sure Mammon’s scepter even holds any unique power. It is, as are all of his drapings, ornamental.

We do have numerous ways to get to Infernus, and more specifically, the poorly named Mammonsoleum, though, for this expedition, we will be using a public key sigil. It’s more direct than Astoria’s warping technology, and it is far more convenient than waiting for the House of Solomon to come back around in a week. Public keys are by far the best way to traverse between the Flipside and Otherside (and Otherworld too.) Though public keys can be warded against easily by the ruler of a plane, luckily, Mammon isn’t exactly in a state to do any warding. I have been holding on to Mammonsoleum’s public key for quite some time now, and I am glad it has finally paid off.

Though this is largely a Palm Beach endeavor, all are welcome to join. We are going to leave for Infernus on Friday; please get in touch by then if you are interested. Additionally, my ears are quite open if anyone has any ideas about how exactly we might leave the Langleys a way out of the Mammonsoleum. It is indeed a rather tricky conundrum, even with Mammon unable to move an inch. The souls collected in the Mammonsoleum are all but bound to it—in the Caverns safe from moth and rust, eh?</span>
