They recommend doing it on Christmas Eve. They also plan to bring Manager 3 in as well cause the funk should be more ‘sane’ with her. Also, the Astorians want to keep Masoch’s body, and her mask. Of course, that’s if they manage to find the mask - or if 44B doesn’t manage to destroy it.</span>

Zulus work fast. Magogo and Solomon already scouted ahead at the remains of the Broadway location and have started preparing means for us to enter the Cafe and cleanse it from the remains of Miss. Masoch. They think it would be best to wait until Christmas Eve to go in. It’s all above my head but something to do with alignments, celestial properties, Capricorn in Morningstar in the star of Bethlehem. I don’t really get all the magic mumbo jumbo, but I trust Zulus know what they’re talking about. They’ve also requested Manager 3 accompany us, seeing as she was the 8 of that Cafe. Apparently, the “funk” left behind might respond better to her than anyone else.

As far as I’m aware, the plan is to have Manager 3 and Magogo go in first, through where the entrance used to be. If the remains react like the Zulus are expecting, then they should enter the funk. 26, with assistance from Solomon, will then warp the rest of us into the funk. From there, Manager 3 will try her best to keep things… well sane. As sane as whatever remains of Masoch entails. While she does that, Ray will sanitize the body with Solomon and Magogo, and 26 will be on emergency escape duty. My job is to protect Manager 3, and also, I guess because of my whole “twin” thing, Solomon assures me that 26 can use my sister as a focus point to warp us back out should something go Detroit ‘72 on us.

It shouldn’t take us more than 30 minutes, by their estimations, although they don’t know precisely how the funk works or what to really expect once we’re inside of it. Oh yeah, and they want payment from us. They get to keep any cleansed parts of Masoch they find, and they are particularly interested in recovering the mask. I would say I don’t see the harm in that, but I am slightly concerned about what the Zulus are planning to do with it. So, my other job is to try and find and hide or destroy the mask first.</span>
